    The USA 129 (#24680, 96 72 A) observation is 1 min 36 seconds late
    on prediction.
I have checked that no other known object can satisfy the observation.
So I feel reasonably certain in saying its manouvered.
Just after the observation litlle puffy clouds started appearing all over sky.

There was a scheduling conflict and the above mentioned cloud that prevented me
presenting observations on Lacrosses 5, 3 and 2, all on the one night.
