    The breakup could affect satellites in all orbits at or below FengYun 1C's 
    orbit. For a satellite in Sun Synch orbit, it seems that at lower 
    latitudes if it gets to the height of the other satellite (say ISS), then 
    you have the chance of 7km/s or so impact with the other satellite (ISS). 
    The probability may be low, but the probability has risen significantly 
    with this event.
