Decay of 13215 (and comments on Space-Track)

    The final report of Space-Track on this object is interesting.
    
    Unfortunately owing to illness I was not monitoring this object at or before 
    decay. Murphy's law strikes again!
    
    At this stage I am unaware of any sighting reports but have not been 
    following the news closely.
    
    Space-Track appears to have resumed their 60 day decay predictions and FWIW 
    their TLE count is about to reach 70 million.
