I totally disagree with JPL. I'm very disappointed. Their arguments are lame compared to the arguments that this is a stage from Venus Express. Projecting the orbit backwards this "asteroid" passed by Venus the same day as Venus Express. Over the same Venus north pole. What are the odds? Plus lots more details that pretty much nails it as being part of the Venus Express. http://www.scilogs.eu/en/blog/go-for-launch/2010-01-12/close-asteroid-encounter-tomorrow - George Roberts http://gr5.org ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
