Hi, Observed ISS and was able to get some footage of it passing the almost half moon. It was running about a minute late on a 2.85 day elset. Predicted magnitude of -0.6 seemed brighter. (As I discovered the pass about five minutes before it was to occur I did not have time to set up on the tripod, but the footage is not too shaky). It is not bad for an inexpensive digital camera and is posted at my site for those interested at: dd219.org/astroimages/videos/ISSJ23.mov Clear Skies ------------------------------------------------------ | Lewisville,TX Lat: 33.02064N, Long:-96.99822W, Alt. 153m | JIM | Clear 11.0 UTC:-6 Jan 24 UTC NIX---------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
