There were lots, possibly hundreds, of elsets for Jan.5 missing leading zeroes in the day number part. For 20710, a new elset with almost the same epoch was subsequently issued. You can find them on a Selected Timespan search with Start Epoch 2012 1 5 but End Epoch 2012 1 6 (or later) only ! SkyMap ignores the difference, and actually displays them without leading zeroes always.
