Hi all;

An initial orbit estimation gives me:

UNID 584 X 597 km
1 99999U 964499A 15001.18621144 0.00000497 00000-0 50000-4 0 02
2 99999 98.2809 353.6252 0009630 194.9326 165.1608 14.91264130 09

Leo suggested that its Helios 1A (#23605, 95 033A), but it fits much better
with DMSP B5D2-6 (#21798, 91 082A). Last classfd.tle elset is:

DMSP B5D2-6
1 21798U 91082A 14362.15200197 0.00000350 00000-0 17675-3 0 08
2 21798 98.8621 348.1798 0014000 348.3849 11.6150 14.16228614 06

Allowing large errors in altitude and inclination, the RAAN and MA matches
better than #23606. The problem is that DMSP B5D2-6 was seen about 4 days
before by Leo(http://www.satobs.org/seesat/Dec-2014/0190.html), so maybe it
maneuver to a lower orbit or maybe I am wrong.

Here is a simple fit to DMSP B5D2-6 using Leo's obs:

DMSP B5D2-6 820 X 839 km
1 21798U 91082A 15001.18552933 0.00000361 00000-0 17675-3 0 02
2 21798 98.8256 354.0831 0012834 339.6216 20.4443 14.17851399 04

Hoewer I dont like it, residuals suggest is on a different orbit.

Happy new 2015!!

Jon.
