There is a program under my programs web page: https://www.prismnet.com/~mmccants/programs/index.html The program is called "latlong" in the file "latlong.zip". It will not do a stepsize of less than 1 minute. Apparently there are no instructions. The first line is year and month. The second line specifies whether or not you want output when the object is in the Earth's shadow. The third line is for east or west longitude is positive. The fourth line is the star and stop days of the month. The fifth line is the UT start and stop times and the stepsize. The sixth line specifies and input file name or the word "inline". The seventh line specifies the output file name. 1997 1 T True means require the sun test F True means West longitude is positive F True means miles, false means kilometers 28 0 12 16 1 Times are relative to 0h UT, stepsize is in minutes inline elements input file name outputll output file name 96 73B 1 24702U 96073B 97028.44111111 .08610740 90140-5 21355-3 0 1211 2 24702 62.7807 112.8188 0008836 65.6202 327.3796 16.45374071 5608 EOF Or if you want something else, I can change this program.
