HeavenSat does have an 'Ephemeris' option in the context menu of
Sky/Chart/World screens - for a selected satellite - and an options menu
with ephemeris for all objects in a selected TLE file. All have the same
layout with time, az, el, RA, dec range, age and error est. - NOT lat +
long.

I have three programs that do this - SeeSat, Track16 and one whose name I
can't remember and thus have a hard time finding.
I have not tried them in W8.1 yet
