Hi Greg,

Your first unknown correlates well with NOSS 1 (D) [08836/76038D],
last seen 63 days ago. This is based on taking all objects in
classfd.tle and fitting them to your observations allowing changes
only to the mean anomaly and RA of the ascending node.

The second unknown seems to have a problem with the timing of either
the first two being 8s late or the last two being 8s early. Adjusting
the time of the first two and using the method I mentioned above, the
best fitting object is KH 9-18 Elint [14139/83060C]. The elements in
classfd.tle are 7.6 years old! No other object we know of provides a
good enough match for reasonable changes to the mean anomaly and
ascending node, so I am pretty sure that you've seen 83-060C.

Regards,
    Cees
