SMAP Launch orbit estimation (2015/1/30)

Hi all;

The launch has been scrubbed due to too strong high wind. After a 24 hour
re-cycle, the new T-0 is: 2015/1/30 at 14:20:00.

Here updated orbit, assuming a launch at window open (see above time):

The SMAP elset is void at 15:37:35 UTC, that is when spacecraft separation
is expected. Cubesat's elsets are void after 44 minutes of the release of
the main payload, at 16:21:32 UTC.
