done manually.

NOTES:

(1) Prime purpose was to observe USA 186 and unknown observed 23 Jan 2015
     where the two unknowns reported were the same object and this was
     identified by Jon as ISON object SO 54102 so this to now be added
     to CLASSFD.TLE. Identified as 81081 in report above.

(2) Session terminated early due to mist.
