At the stated range of ISS, I get max size as 19". Saturn is 15.59". And at
42 frames/s ISS should move less than 33" between images - all might be OK
as I can see.

But my initial reaction to the image details was that 40m track width
doesn't agree with my notion of TLE(SGP4) accuracy (~1 km) - too much luck
to be expected.
