Iridium 56 (25170) flare between -3 and -4

Normally I would not write on a flare as this on an Iridium. However,
Heavens-Above only it expected magnitude 0.4. Also, although I could not
prove right, the maximum occurs at least between 5 and 10 seconds ahead of
Schedule.
The fact is that I was surprised just after following OTV4 near Vega. As it
moved slowly, I thought, a star, but then, why does something so bright
there. I picked up the camera I prepared and took a picture when it was
between +1 and +2 and decreasing. The area is not too bright with stars
between Draco and Camelopardalis, but I managed to determine the satellite.
