Well ... well... Using my 20X80 I saw Ofeq 7 this evening 3rd Jan transiting 17:21:52 fast and dim (steady mg +8) below star 49 Cetus. No point taken but it was on time on current Mike elset 17001.6816 . However, I think I have to clear up my position about this sat in my last 3 observations. I saw it on 29 Dec and it was 11 minutes late on a Mike 32 days old elset. No problem, I said. Then I saw it the following day on 30 Dec and strangely it was 1 min 6 sec late. A manoeuvre ? On 1st Jan I saw it again and this time it was 1 min 57 sec early! Well, using the current Mike elset backwards everything is clear now. For sure, I made 1 minute mistake in my timing report of my 29 Dec observation. And this is the reason of the Mean Motion up and down. Sorry ... Mike and observers! But now, be confident on elset 17001.6816 ... Aberto, 4541. _______________________________________________ Seesat-l mailing list http://mailman.satobs.org/mailman/listinfo/seesat-lReceived on Tue Jan 03 2017 - 15:07:37 UTC
