Had messed up my reduction of SBIRS-3 candidate; Scott pointed this out. Plate solve of images was off by more than 3 degrees. Revised observation below, from New Mexico:

41937 17 004A 7779 G 20170124021416000 17 25 0011271+111611 18

Couldn't get a timely slot on any scope, so I took one at poor phase angle. Got 9 images in New Mexico, this was last one. Ran outside here at home but couldn't catch it in binoculars. This still doesn’t match Scott’s observations or elset, or any catalog objects; Any ideas? FITS file on request.
