Both Leo Barhorst and Andriy Makeyev recently reported observations of USA 276,
which hadn't been seen for over 1.5 months untill Leo observed it in the morning
of December 29.

This is a preliminary elset from their observations:

USA 276 376 x 407 km

2 42689 50.0649 80.9069 0022753 47.7597 312.5299 15.58696898 01

rms 0.04 arc Dec 29.25 - Jan 3.12

Some more observations are needed to improve the orbit.
