LB Obs 2018 Jan 16 pm

Clouded and rainy day. Towards evening more and more clearings.
Took my chance trying to image NROL-47. The sky was still too
bright at the pass of 16:28 UT.
Then the sky got more and more clouds, even with some rain.
But alse nice clearings.
For the pass of 18:02 UT the sky was clear at the right time and
place, Pass was low in the north at 13 deg elevation.
43145 was a bit early wrt Mike's TLE of the 14th; see below.

Around 18:20 UT the sky got more clouded, ending the session.
