I just observed the payloads from Falcon Colorado at 11:51:30 UT
on 7 January 2020.

While I used the TS Kelso elset, that or Marco's are both fine.

I would place the time as within about five seconds and track
close enough to as predicted.

Magnitude around 4th. It required binoculars to see it at just
under five degrees elevation.

Rough estimate of size of the train 0.5 degrees. I could not make
out individual satellites.
