A report with most things except the times...first sighting about 2044
UTC lost it around 2047 UTC several degrees above the horizon.

Nothing accurate - I was clinging on to a not exactly substantial access
platform on the top of a air conditioning plant on the roof and trying
to hold the laptop and binoculars.
