As of Tuesday 14:10 UT, NASA has not updated its TLE files, nor its
database, since June 30, morning !!
That is, excluding shuttle data !

So, I don't know the fate of the Cosmos rocket, #23602.
And it has been cloudy in Sededn, as in most of Europe ?
