Excellent sources of satellite info and TLEs are Joel Runes'
NORADCAT files.
Unfortunately, I haven't seen an update in 10 months.

NORADCAT Space Object Catalogs by Joel Runes

The first file, NORCAT00.ZIP, contains introductory documentation for the
catalog series. The catalog files each contain information on approximately
2000 satellites, including TLE data where the satellite is still in orbit.
Each catalog file contains entries for 2000 satellites by NORAD Catalog
Number except Parts 11 to 13, which contain 1000. Part 13 includes a list
of satellites for which the NORAD number is not known.
