	When I try the TLE

Discovery post oms-3

In the program "seesat", it barfs with the message "error in
file, can't use". I'm not sure what's wrong. Does anyone have a good
TLE for Discovery?

A girl scout troop wants me to calculate passes for them for
the next week for Cimarron, New Mexico (Philmont Scout Ranch),

	104 57.5 West,
	36 27 North
	6693 feet elevation

They're leaving tomorrow, so if I don't calculate it in the next
few hours it's too late...

I'm hoping to find the time to create a mail-server to deliver
locally tailored predictions using this program. It's the only one I know
of that has public-domain C source that runs under UNIX... (Does anyone
know of a better starting point?)

I created a one-shot server a couple of years ago using "seesat" to
help the NASA tethered-satellite group track SEDS-2 as it came down and the
tether twanged and broke... a couple of dozen people at remote places all
over the world used it to get predictions for their locations (locations
that weren't listed in the "big cities" lists the NASA people were posting
to sci.astro for example).
