SatSit errors and Klaus' photo

There are some long-period objects that are possible
candidates for the Gerhart Klaus/Alphonse Pouplier photo.
They include some VELA satellites, like VELA 6
(152422 x 70332 km) and VELA 4 (147837 x 58078 km),
for which NASA GSFC OIG have no elsets.
I have not checked these or other possibilities, since I
have no 1971 elsets for them.
=======================================================
The following objects in NASA SatSit Report (June -95,
and several before) have errors in Apogee/Perigee heights.
(Note: PROGNOZ 1, with an apogee of 1 km !)
If apogee<perigee, add 100000 km to apogee.
If the nodal period is over 2222 minutes, you may need to
add more multiples of 100000 km to apogee and/or perigee,
while still maintaining perigee<apogee, and the following:
For periods the sum apogee+perigee should be :
2222- 5755 minutes, 100000-200000
5755-10262 200000-300000
10262-15552 300000-400000
15552-21553 400000-500000
...
35289-42971 700000-800000
For the large periods, such as 1966-058A, this means many alternatives :
380762 x 365679 km, 480762 x 265679 km, 580762 x 165679 km, 680762 x 65679
km.
