K-2 T-4 Launch

I have voice traffic from the Cape suggesting that ole K-2 was heading due
east, suggesting that the thing was placed into a 28* parking orbit
preparatory to probable injection to GEO. Does anyone have confirmation of
this or of some other probable inclination??
