Search for 9638A r2 and SATELLITE SITUATION REPORT

I mentioned a while ago that I had asked NASA to correct the entries for large
apogees in the Satellite Situation Report.  The first digit was being dropped. 
They were quick to respond, and the June issue now has the correction.  
See the samples below for June and the earlier ones from May.
The other 2 things I would like them to do now is note which are old elements,
and have a version with everything in one 80 column format.

Used 8x56 binoculars.  Mag limit 8.
