In response to a message from Jim Cook:
I should point out that the exposures for an "f/x" value of 19 should be
around 2 minutes rather than 2 seconds.
I have used Barry's book quite extensively as well, and find his treatment of
the subject quite thorough. Several years ago I wrote a small basic program
called "ASTROPIX" which computes a number of astrophoto parameters based on
the book. The file is about 9 kb long. If anyone's interested in it send me
a personal note...I don't want to clog up the list...and I'll mail you an
ASCII copy....
TTFN,
Geoff
