Yes, that was the final published elset for this object. A SatEvo
analysis using the only four elsets I have for this object yields an
estimated decay at July 22.2 (+/-0.2d ?), with the following predicted
penultimate elset:
94029E

Based on the lone elset I had at the time, I published a decay
prediction for July 25 in my SatEvo decay list #9 which I posted here on
1996 July 19. I did not post any predicted decay elset (until now). The
only other decay prediction I saw was for decay on July 19 in the
NASA/GSFC "60-Day Decay Forecast Report" issued on July 18.
