Element set number = 3

and seem extremely different compared with those of ADEOS (pre-event):

Element set number = 3: 28 June 803 x 799 (km) 100.9 min period
1 24277U 96046A 97179.25629338 -.00000044 00000-0 00000+0 0 1909

so that alleged convergence may (must?) be an error.

Mike McCants obtained very recent elements (around 4:45 UT Tuesday), and
we were able to observe ADEOS/96-46A easily with binoculars at about
4:58 UT.
