I am not sure whether there have been any "long arms" involved, but I
noted that Ted Molczan stopped ypdating the files himself (wth a couple
of exceptions) around February this year - when the supplementary notes
to the files stopped being included.
I certainly hope that the el sets for "interesting" US start to re-appear
in updated forms for the purely selfish reason that I have been using them
(with credit to Mr Molczan for making the data available) for analysis in
the preparation of the (as yet unpublished) new edition of the Jane's Space
Directory !
