>From the OIG Satellite Situation Report, it appears that 1986-017JM (#23690
MIR DEB) was cataloged in October 1995 and 1986-017MP (#25292 MIR
DEB),1986-017MQ (#25294 MIR DEB (VDU)), and 1986-017MS (#25302 MIR DEB) were
cataloged in April 1998. This does not necessarily mean they separated from
MIR at that time.
