On good passes (45 deg. or more [?] above the horizon), NOAA 7 (12553, 81-59A) produces bright one-power flashes fairly often. Monday evening (early 21 July UTC), the best three occurred at about 4:05:14, 18, and 22, with the third of those being the brightest at somewhere between 0 and -1 mag.
