Hi All,

The next geographic location to see ETS-6 flashes after the southwest
United States will be Africa. Landfall is at 20:30 UTC on July 24th
near
Cape Town. Flashes should be visible prior to this time from Cape Town,
however. At this time, the satellite will be about 40 degrees above the
northwest horizon. The flash centerline works its way north through
the African continent, moving at about 850 mph.

Flashes do not make it as far north as Europe, unfortunately. Next in
line is Australia and New Zealand. Landfall in southern-most New
Zealand occurs at about 9:50UTC on July 25. Melbourne is on the
centerline at 10:15 UTC, Adelaide at 10:25, Sydney at 10:40, and
Brisbane at 11:20. For Adelaide, ETS-6 will be flashing near delta-Lib
about 60 degrees above the NNW. --Rob
