I got these elsets from the latest Molczan file for Progress M-39:

And i got these from celestrak.com:

Both show that the Progress is no longer hooked up with Mir. It is true that
word is usually given when the Progress supply ship undocks and i don't have
access to all sites with TLEs but could the ones currently available be all
wrong?
