Mike pointed out that the obs of these from July 3, were 4 secs early, I did
not notice at the time, I checked for errors and found none. The obs above
are also early C) 3.51 secs D) 3.66 E) 2.78. There are also cross
track differences of approximately 5 arc minutes for each from prediction,
elsets used below:
