99032C/25779 decaying rocket observed

I observed the Iridium 14A rocket this evening(July 6th) at my location in
Bruges.
It became very bright in the East with a magnitude of -1. No variations
were visible.
It passed close to Altair at 21h40m57s UTC beeing some 40s early.
