Back to visual satellites:  On 7/5 and 7/8 I tried to see Globalstar 36, 
without success.  I should have been able to see it, but I didn't.  So I am 
asking if anyone knows anything about it - is it tumbling, has it changed its 
orbit in the last 6-8 days, etc.
