JERS 1 Double Flare & Other Obs

I observed JERS 1 #21867 92007A make a double flare, the first one at
05:22:52 20 Jul UTC +/- 2 sec approx 4 deg above (West) Sadr in Cygnus. Mag
of about 3. The second flare occured at 05:23:22 +/- 2 sec approx 20 deg
(NW) from the first one. Mag of 2 with a sharp flash at the end to mag 1.5 est.

Earlier Cosmos 2227 r #22285 92093B made a pass about 8 deg to the right
(South) of Gienah Cygni at 05:17:28 20 Jul UTC +/- 2 sec. Mag of 3.

Cosmos 1077 #11268 79012A passed 2 deg above (West) Shedir in Cassiopeia at
06:29:25 20 Jul UTC +/- 2 sec.
   
While waiting for Lacrosse 3 to arrive, an unknown showed up low to the East
at 06:37:52 UTC, mag 2.5 and i was able to ID it as Cosmos 744 r #07969 75056B.
   
A couple of minutes later, Lacrosse 3 #25017 97064A came into view and at
06:40:56 20 Jul UTC +/- 2 sec, it was at Az 120 El 20 deg.   

There were a couple of others that i just watched and didn't time.
