1986-079D (#17041) SL-6 R/B 2

In its final report SpaceCom shows the decay time and position unchanged but with 
a smaller margin at
                     July 22, 16:46 UTC +/- 30 min (28.1°S, 178.0°E)
on an ascending pass over the South Pacific.

MPM is also unchanged - there is no new ELSET - and delivers
                     July 22, 16:23 UTC +/- 22 min (59.4°S, 134.0°E)
on the same pass but over the Indian Ocean.
