1999-036B (#25848) SL-06 R/B 1:

In its final report - prepared July 23, 19.08 UTC - SpaceCom shows the decay at
                      July 23, 19:08 UTC +/- 10 minutes (23.9°N, 245.6°E)
in very good agreement with my preceding MPM - prediction. The "decay area" 
of this descending pass is south of Baja California.

With the last released ELSETs 99204.708... and 99204.769... MPM shows only a
minor change against my previous prediction.         
                     July 23, 19:09:40 UTC +/- 11 minutes (18.01°N, 248.80°E)
