This occurs basically south of Rio de Janeiro while that region is in daylight. Thus the IPS-1 burn will not be visible. However, other data indicates the IPS-1 burn should occur around 2:23 UT on 25 Jul so I do not understand the discrepancy. I assumed the burn would occur at perigee. Ron Lee
