A note on error estimations: After correspondence with Mike, George,
Ted and others and after receiving a copy of the table from King-Hele's
"Observing Earth Satellites", (provided by Ted), I will hereafter use
King-Hele's method. Roughly stated 2.5% to 10% of target star seperation for
error estimates, (No matter how ridiculously accurate some may seem, use
at your own risk. I actually was able to get a few between .25d seperated
stars last night). Many thanks to all for assistance in this.
