I was locked onto the 14 july circa 22:00 CDT(-5) pass of noss 2-2 w/binocs fixed near polaris trak at time az/el predicted by two apps and did not see the trio tonight?  this was after they appeared right on time last night.  I am sure I was at the right place at the right time, so any idea what happened.  I also had a 2d backup star fix at about 53el and did not see them there either.  did anyone see them on time tonight? does the gov't move them around much or did I somehow simply not see them ??  hard to imagine after last night's view.  I was using epoch 176.9...tle
