Observed the Minotaur upper stage (#26415, 000042B) at 0523 UT
on 20 July 2000. Limited viewing duration prevented assessment
of tumbling status. The payload was not seen 15 seconds later.

At 0528 UT the Echostar 6 Centaur rkt (#26403, 00038B) was
observed at a range of 9100 km with a magnitude of about 7.5
yielding a standard magnitude of 3.2. No obvious brightness
    fluctuations were noted.
