                          23 July, 12:01 UTC +/- 03 hours ( 27.5S, 115.1E)
    on a northbound pass over Western Australia (Nicholson Range).
    
    MPM+ REENTRY delivers with the last two ELSETs 00205.199... and 00205.260...
    an earlier decay on    23 July, 11:39 UTC +/- 22 minutes (25.10S, 16.25E)
    on the descending part over SW Africa (Namibia).
