2001-013C (#26739) Delta 2 R/B 1

At this time we see no FINAL REPORT from SPACECOM. Their  2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY
message - prepared  July 09, 07:04 UTC - showed the decay on
                 09 July, 09:31 UTC +/- 02 hours (09.0 N, 114.8캞)
on a northbound pass over the South Chinese Sea.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01190.209... - 01190.355... the decay on
                 09 July, 09:58 UTC +/- 17 minutes (31.46캮, 230.27같E)
on a descending pass over the Pacific.
