    Due to the fact it was seen for 45 min it cann't have been the ISS, which
    has an orbital time of 90 minutes, so would be half way around the globe in
    45 min.
    I suspect it was a weatherballoon, as they also saw a shape. It must have
    been a large object at a considerable height.
