    Using the following elset with Quicksat, I get culmination 5 degrees 
    above the horizon to the NNW of Austin at 2:19:38 UTC (9:19:38 PM CDT)
    at a range of 590 miles (944 km).  It seems to me, without looking at
    a map, that it will be going over Oklahoma.
