    In part the problem is the link between USSPACECOM and GSFC/OIG - last
    week there were some serious communications problems which meant that some
    files were late in being made available.   I don't think that there is
    anything sinister in this !
    
    Also, USSPACECOM is often late cataloguing objects which are in unplanned
    orbits.
    
    And finally, there is often a delay in getting orbital data for objects in
    GTO in any case.
    
    So I would guess that things are operating as normal ........ :-)
