As analysts will have discovered, my reported obs of 66A on Jul.08 is not
compatible with the obs above, and a Mean Motion similar to 72A's, nor the
reboost date of 72A (010706 1533+-05).

This observation alone, and an assumed time of reboost at July 06.7603
(perigee), leed to this search orbit:
USA 116 +15.8 m/s 01197.7603
